Refunds and cancellation

AR Dynamics is from $499 per month, depending on plan (Starter, Growth or Scale), billed every month until you cancel.

Charges are for the period already started; we do not pro-rate a cancelled period.

Cancel any time from your account — self-serve, effective at the end of the current period, with access until then.

The most you can recover in total is the fees you paid in the one month before your claim, matching the limitation of liability in our Terms.

Where local law gives you a stronger right — for example the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right for consumers — that law applies and this policy does not reduce it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster. We may suspend an account with an unresolved chargeback.
