This policy explains what AR Dynamics Inc. collects when you use AR Dynamics, why, how long it is kept, who it is shared with and what you can do about it. It is written to be literally accurate — we would rather say less than overclaim.

AR Dynamics Inc. is the entity that receives payment and is party to these Terms.
What we collect
We collect:
- anything you send us through a contact form or by email
- basic server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use this information to provide and secure the service, to bill you, to support you and to meet legal obligations. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, consent where we ask for it, and compliance with law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and server logs are kept while we need them to answer you and keep the site secure. You can ask us to delete what you sent us by emailing hello@ardynamicsinc.com.
Service providers and subprocessors
We share personal information with the providers below, only as needed to run the service:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting)
Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A Data Processing Agreement is available to business customers on request at hello@ardynamicsinc.com. We will keep this list current.
Artificial intelligence
AR Dynamics uses artificial intelligence. Specifically, AI/machine-learning models are used for drafting site content and responding to enquiries.
Content produced by these features is AI-generated.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and are not professional advice. Review anything important before relying on it, and do not submit information you are not permitted to share with a third-party model provider. Ask us and we will tell you which AI providers we use.
This disclosure is made in line with the EU AI Act (Article 50, applicable from 2 August 2026) and US state bot-disclosure laws including California SB 1001.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale/sharing under the CCPA/CPRA; EEA/UK residents have the equivalent GDPR rights and may complain to a supervisory authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
To exercise any right, email hello@ardynamicsinc.com. We respond within the period the law allows (45 days under the CCPA, one month under the GDPR) and may need to verify your identity.
Email and messages
We send service messages you cannot opt out of while you have an account — receipts, security alerts, and notices about changes to these terms. They are not marketing.
We do not currently send marketing email. If that changes, you will only receive it where the law allows, and these rules will apply from the first message:
Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honour an unsubscribe within 10 business days — in practice, immediately. Messages identify AR Dynamics Inc. as the sender, use an honest subject line, and are never sent to a purchased list.
We do not send marketing text messages or place marketing calls to you without your prior express written consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP.
Children
AR Dynamics is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email hello@ardynamicsinc.com and we will delete it. In the EEA/UK we respect the local age of digital consent (13–16).
How we protect information
Connections to the service are encrypted with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise that a breach can never happen.
If there is a data breach
If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant regulators as required by law — without unreasonable delay under US state breach-notification statutes, and within 72 hours of becoming aware where the EU/UK GDPR applies. Our notice will describe what happened, the data involved, what we are doing, and what you can do.
Changes to this policy
We will post any update here with a new effective date, and give notice of material changes before they take effect.
